Basic elements of the mounting system

Mounting Rails: Structural components that provide the base for attaching equipment, usually solar panels. The tracks are designed to ensure stability and correct alignment during installation.

Clamps: Used to securely hold panels to mounting rails. There are two main types:
Intermediate Clamps: Placed between two panels to secure them together.
End Clamps: Located at the edges of the solar panel array to secure the external panels.

Mounting brackets: Attach the rails to the roof or ground structure. These brackets are designed to withstand various environmental conditions and provide a solid anchor to the system.

Bolts and screws: Essential components used to secure all elements, ensuring the integrity and safety of the installation.

Base Mounts: For ground-mounted systems, base mounts are used to secure the mounting system to the ground, ensuring proper stability and alignment.

Roofing Sheet (for roof mounts): Waterproofing materials installed between the roof and mounting brackets to prevent leaks, ensuring a long-lasting, secure installation.
